Refund & Return Policy

At tiQbar, we take great pride in the freshness and quality of our produce. Because our products are perishable, we have established the following policy to ensure fairness to both our customers and our local farming partners.

1. Reporting Issues

Since fresh produce has a limited shelf life, all concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • To start a claim, please email us at [email protected] or contact us via our website chat.

  • Important: Please include your order number and clear photos of the product in question. This helps us improve our quality control and work with our farmers to prevent future issues.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We will gladly offer a refund or a replacement (subject to availability) for the following:

  • Quality Issues: If the produce arrives damaged, wilted, or spoiled.

  • Incorrect Items: If you received something different from what you ordered.

  • Missing Items: If an item was charged but not included in your delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety regulations and the nature of fresh goods:

  • No Physical Returns: We generally do not ask you to ship perishable items back to us. If a product is unsatisfactory, you may dispose of it after taking photos for your claim.

  • Subjective Preferences: We cannot offer refunds based on personal taste or “changing your mind” once the harvest has been delivered.

  • Delayed Pickups: If a delivery was unsuccessful because no one was available to receive it (and the produce spoiled as a result), we cannot offer a refund.

4. Processing Your Refund

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Store Credit: We can also offer “tiQbar Credits” for immediate use on your next order, which is often the fastest way to resolve an issue.

5. Order Cancellations

Because we harvest specifically for your order, cancellations must be made at least [24 or 48 hours] before your scheduled delivery date. Once the produce is picked and packed, we are unable to cancel the order.
